Kids4Kids –Cross Country Challenge
Earlier this year a number of pupils from Healing School took part in the Kids4Kids Challenge, a 4 mile cross country course starting at the Boating Lake Paddock. Participants were asked to raise sponsorship money and also nominate schools or clubs that should benefit from the proceeds money. Abigail Jack did extremely well in the race, finishing in second position in the girls’ race
Abigail Jack also succeeded in submitting sponsorship money and nominated Healing School to benefit from the £165 which she raised. Abigail has asked that the PE Department should put the money towards buying a new set of running vests.
Well done, Abi – a great performance and a great gesture.
