U16 Lincolnshire County Netball Finals
The year 11 girls Netball Team were lucky enough to win through to the County Tournament after beating Humberston School very convincingly 11 – 3. On Saturday 10th November the team travelled to Branston Community School, Lincoln to take part in the County Finals. The girls had 7 games to play with the following results:
V Walton Girls’ School, Grantham D 8 – 8
V The Priory LSST, Lincoln L 11 – 1
V Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, South East Lindsey W6 – 5
V Frederick Gough, Scunthorpe L 5 – 2
V The Deepings School, South Kesteven W 6 – 4
V De Aston School, West Lindsey W 10 – 0
The girls played some fantastic netball and should be very proud of their performance they were a credit to the school. Overall the team finished 3rd in their group narrowly missing out on the semi- finals. Well done to the whole squad:
